Birch Creek makes the health and safety of our faculty and students, staff, patrons and volunteers a top priority. We will continue to monitor federal, state and local guidelines.

Audiences
Masking:
Masks are strongly encouraged inside Juniper Hall if the CDC transmission rate is at “red or high.”

Vaccination: Proof of vaccination is not required for entry to a concert. Hand sanitizer units are available for public use in the performance areas. Concert-goers attending performances inside Juniper Hall should be aware that we will be operating at full capacity. Juniper Hall HVAC systems are equipped with UV filters and fans will be operational during concerts. All ticket holders will be notified via email should Birch Creek’s policy change. Up-to-date Covid-19 protocol updates will also be posted on Birch Creek’s website.

2023 Academy Students, Adult Program Participants, Summer Staff, Faculty and Teaching Assistants
The health and safety of Birch Creek’s residential community is of utmost importance. At this time, with the uncertainty of the Covid-19 variants at the time of the 2023 season, Birch Creek may require a negative covid test to enter the residential environment.  In addition, it is highly recommended that students enter the program with up to date vaccinations for all childhood diseases.
